Ticket مصطلح عام في الدعم الفني، issue مصطلح متعارف عليه في مجال إدارة البرمجيات ومرتبط مع مشاكل البرمجيات ومتعارف أن يتم تصنيفه حسب النوعية ومستوى التأثير على البرمجية عمليا أو أمنيا.
لكن في برامج ادارة المشاريع مثل github لا تتعلق ال issues في المجلات
