First of all, if you’d like to communicate with us in Spanish in further emails you can do so because I am Spanish myself.
Answering your question, you can use Stripe without being a company. I am going to send you a list where you can check all the requirements in order to activate a Stripe account in Spain. Anyway, you don't have to send the documents to me because the system is going to require them automatically when you create and activate your Stripe account.
