Failed to build gem native extension اريد حل لهذا الخطا؟ عن تنصيب الروبى والريلز

هذا الخطا يظهر لى الكثير من المرات وبصراحة حاولت فيه كتير جدا واظن فنى فتحت كل اللينكات لحله وكل مرة يطلع نفس الخطا
